|The Northern region of Spain borders France and there are a number of international airport as well as national airports. Other international airports which are lesser known then Barcelona and Madrid that are located in all the major cities in the north are; Bilbao Airport, located 12Km North of Bilbao with good access to the motorways to travel West towards Cantabria, South towards La Rioja or East towards San Sebastian and France, Gerona Airport is located 10Km South West of Gerona with good access to the A7-E15 motorway to travel North to the Pyrenees, South towards Barcelona, or to the Costa Brava, Oviedo Airport which is located 47Km North West of Oviedo, 17Km West of Aviles, Reus Airport is located 3Km from Reus and 13Km North West of Tarragona and has good access to the Costa Dorada and Valladolid Airport which is located 12Km North West of Valladolid.
